Change Data Management
Paper-based processes belong to the past with 4PEP Engineering Change Management. All change data is managed in the ECM Cockpit. The change header data can be flexibly supplemented with SAP standard fields (e. g. WBS element as cost object) and customer-specific fields (e. g. change initiator, implementation date). The scope of change is conveniently supplemented via integrated where-used lists and BOM explosions and other object-specific readback functions by transferring the affected objects from the respective results at the touch of a button. Information correlating to a material, such as drawing numbers, stock or cost information and the change team, can be displayed and maintained in the ECM Cockpit at runtime.
Management of Change Processes
Change processes must be managed flexibly. For this purpose, 4PEP uses the Process Engine, which visually displays the sequence of the individual process steps. It is possible to intervene in the running process at any time and change planned work steps – pure flexibility! The team involved in the change process is quickly and easily defined in the team definition. Clear checklists facilitate the processing of detailed tasks of the delivered work packages.
